According to the website Sports Media Watch and mentioned on ESPN's PR site:

ESPN’s Mike & Mike in the Morning will sign off for good on Friday, November 17. Shortly after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, ESPN Radio launching replacement program with Trey Wingo joining Mike Golic on November 27 (Mike Golic, Jr. will co-host the first hour from 6 to 7 a.m.)

Mike Greenberg will end his great Mike & Mike run since it started in 2000 to return to his hometown in Manhattan and anchor a new SportsCenter AM show on ESPN starting January 1, 2018.
