I'm a good friend with Mel on Facebook. She started out as a reporter at WSET in Lynchburg, VA. But then she left news for a brief time to work at a BMW dealership before joining KFBB ABC/Fox Montana as a reporter and weekend weather person. She pretty much did it all. Now, she's accepted a job as the 5 and 6pm anchor at WVVA in Bluefield, WV!
