By any chance, do you know who the YouTuber was that posted it?
I'm wondering if it's one of those accounts that puts up whole half hours or hours from CNN & Fox,
but only leaves them up a day or two before taking them down. ( not sure for what reason )
Been seeing a lot of that lately on YouTube.
Most of the time, their videos aren't posted in HD - they're often no better than 360p.

I'd recommend avoiding those full-length show videos, and going with
the ones that are 5 to 10 minute length, where the poster is mainly focused on the anchor, rather than the entire program they're on.
