It all comes down to this: After four grueling rounds, we have now reached the fifth and final round of Sexiest Woman of 2018 where a winner will be crowned.

This is an historic one to say the least; if it's Maria Sharapova, it would be the first ever for an athlete. But if it's Allison Janney, it would not only be the first Sexiest Woman/Oscar winner in the same year, but also the oldest at the age of 59.

We also have first-timers Melissa Benoist, Hailee Steinfeld, and Elizabeth Olsen; plus Anna Kendrick (also in her first bid after many years); Maria Menounos and Julianne Hough (both going for their second title); Jessica Alba and Kristen Bell (who last won in 2003 and 2008 respectively); and Ashley Greene, Katharine McPhee, and Kaley Cuoco in their second trips.

But if any of them want it, they'll have to take it from Sophia Bush and Lea Michele; both shared the crown last year and want to hold on to it again, maybe solo for one of them this time.

Congratulations to Allison Janney; she has now made Sexiest Woman history as both the first to win that and the Oscar in the same year and, our oldest winner ever!

And with that, Sexiest Woman of 2018 is officially in the books; can't wait to do this all over again for Sexiest Woman of 2019 next summer!
