as titled, local station just begain running the same minute or so promo commercial for a reality tv channel on repeat, that will take over that channel on the 1st.

there is another station that broadcasts Q in the area, but its bitrate and resolution are garbage quality. seriously, its a -8 on a low power transmitted channel. Its 360p at like 20fps.

Do you have any ION stations in your area? They can be a source for the shopping channels. You might see a lot of stations moving around since E. W. Scripps Company bought Ion Media.

ION is the station that dropped them, they also are the only broadcaster in the area for HSN which ironically they have upgraded from 720p to 4k.
