How long should a video clip be to realistically be easy to download and have less space taken up on a computer and easy to copy to a CD for storage? 30 seconds worth the time or would a minute be worth it for a talk show guest? Does it matter if the clip starts in mid sentence? or does it even matter if it has sound?

I have run into difficulties when trying to record Music Videos, and Talk Show guests.

Also is rapidshare the only place to post video?

And how much do they allow to upload and download for free?
