Since Wednesday, this is the error message I have seen:
The connection has timed out
The server at imgbox.com is taking too long to respond.
What can you do about it?
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.
Is anyone else having a similar problem?
Just curious to know. Thanks in advance.

I saw something elsewhere saying a recent raid of a company that provided hosting or server for imgbox was raided. This also reportedly impacted more websites.

It's all connected to the Motherless raid a couple of months back. The Dutch authorities have now seized all of the hosting provider's servers.

It's not just Imgbox they took down, they also took down Imagebam and Imagevenue. Pixhost is only working with the .cc domain.

It appears the UK's Ofcom, the British version of the FCC started an investigation into two free image hosts back in March which they don't mention but I suspect it's Imgbox and Pixhost which continues to work in the US and the rest of the world except Britain.
