Wide World of Women

For those of you who make animated gifs, what program(s) do you use? I've looked up some tutorials and want to start making things to use for work-related things. Email blasts, webpages, myspace, etc.
I tried a couple things with Photoshop, but to no avail.

I have the exact same problem with ImageReady (which is the program you have to use to create GIF's - it is packaged with Photoshop). I pick up things quite easily but I simply have never been able to master the creation of GIF's within the program.

Photoshop I have down, but not ImageReady.

I'll give that a whirl, but oddly enough, after posting that, I decided to just play around with Photoshop until it worked. Actually turned out pretty good. I know there are other programs out there which have more control, so I'm going to keep looking and will read that post of yours too.
