Now that Barbie's given birth we should be seeing more Ilia and Satcha on weekdays, or - like today, may 18 - Veronica Del Castillo.

Veronica was on again today (May 19). Personally I prefer an Ilia/Satcha lineup now that Barbie's away.

Satcha was in D.C. today, turning on the Pentagon. Maybe she'll be back tomorrow.

I should have some updates soon. I kept a bunch of shows from March until now, but the hard drive is filling up. I think I'll need to post 5 shows every other day for a few weeks. :lol:

As long as there are two in the studio it's alright. Besides I get mixed up sometimes bet. Veronica and some of the others who look like sisters or cousins.

Veronica 3 days in a row. Like I said before, I'd rather see Satcha and Ilia.

Question: Do you think Univision will shoot and broadcast Primer impacto in HD by the end of, say, 2010?

Keep in mind that even though Telemundo is 1920x1080 now, Al rojo vivo is still not shot in HD. My fear is that Univision is thinking, "Well, why do what the competition isn't doing?". So maaaaybe they'll start broadcasting in HD by then, but that doesn't mean they'll invest in new HD gear for their popular news magazine and it's mamacitas. The longer they hold out, the less "impacto" this show will have on me.

More Ilia/Vero today. I can't wait for this show to go HD sometime between this fall and next spring. Read the press release 3 posts up. It's a go.

Probably Tuesday was the best show of the week. Monday and Thurs were close second. Friday they were both too long in the skirt, and when Ilia wears pants (Wed) it's an automatic disqualification from capping

I don't know... Myrka was on from '94-'04 (10 years). Barbie didn't join until 2002. Plus, she's only had a baby, it's not like she's in her late 40's. Even that shouldn't make much of a difference (Maria Celeste, who was replaced by Barbie, will be 49 in September). Not too old to turn it up on Al rojo vivo, not too old for the WWoW banner.

I think Barb's got a few good years left (she turns 34 this June).

Never underestimate the willingness of a latina to sex it up and show it off, no matter how old she gets (I know, not always a good thing).
