How do i get to save Full size pics instead of thumbnails

I use Save Images->Auto-Open/Save selected links. A checklist comes up, it tells you which links you have selected and you can uncheck any you don't want and press OK. You can also limit the size of images that you save so you don't get a lot of unnecessary graphics. Just go to Options and check Enable Size Limits. I use 200x200.

Auto-Open/Save selected is not active

To enable this, drag your mouse over the thumbnails of the pictures you want to download:

The thumbnails shaded in blue are the selected images. You can see it's not grayed out. Select Auto-open save to bring up a checklist and uncheck those links you don't want and hit OK.
