Betty is awful pretty. She also reminds me of how much I love Phở and that I need to learn to
make it myself because there isn't a Vietnamese restaurant within a 50 mile radius of where I live.

Everyone in my family calls me "Phở". I really don't remember how I got that nickname but it started when I was young. My family only says the last syllable of my full name, Christopher and they would pronounce it as "Phở". I guess it would make sense that they would call me that since were all big noodle eaters. :mrgreen:
