I saw this already but they are doing (“postage stamp” format) within the 4:3 screen :shock:

That's ether an error of your cable system or your local Univision station.
Usually the SD cable feed is a 4:3 full frame feed of the HD channel and it should only be letterboxed when programming is in HD.
Seems something is incorrectly flagging the SD shows as HD making them display letterboxed.

Here's a pic from my DVR. I don't get OTA here.

I did a crop of the black bars which left the pic at about 480x360 which is nearly 56% of the original. That's is almost half of original resolution! :evil:

After ETV was over it went back to 704 x 480 full screen

Now i have to record ETV all over again :shock:

Escandalo highlights rerun was still tiny, but today was back to normal. :mrgreen:

I got to check the Fios STB at work to see if HD Uni is even available. As for OTA signal, I'm pegged at 0.
