Such a shame the judges did not help in the end, as Erin finished third on the final episode of this being Season number 10

.
Nicole S. (the favorite all along) had one more final perfect score to edge out the Olympic figure skater from Illinois in Evan L.
But her comments after she was eliminated hopefully will ring loud and very clear entering her negotiations with ESPN when her contract expires in July:
"This experience has meant everything to me," she said. "I came here under really crummy circumstances and I just wanted to get my life back together -- and my smile... I just wanted to be myself again and you guys have been amazing."
Take a bow, Erin. You were more than amazing during this entire run.
Hopefully, your messages to women (and yes, to us men) resonate really well in hoping to make this Internet world a better place in our 24/7/365 world of blogging, texting, IM'ing, tweeting, emailing, etc.
Hope to see you back where you truly belong--on the sidelines for the big games in college football come autumn and along the baselines in college basketball next winter and on the ESPY's red carpet in Los Angeles.
Matt
