I did a search first, and I didn't see this. If this is already known, delete it.

I came across a weather babe site, and they had a picture of JJ. Then I searched here, and saw something about how "they" got rid of her.

well, it wasn't "their' choice.

Wow... how awful. :(

She was the face of the channel for a long time, and I wondered what happened to her. At least she's still with us and is hoping to help others.

What a story. What a miracle that she is still alive.
Talk about a true blast from the past, my goodness.

I hope she eventually comes around and regains some of her strength, let alone her ability to speak.
