Robin Meade (HD) 3/31 & 4/1/2011

It wasn't easy getting these caps for you guys. I'll be completely honest with you, I was ready to give up on capping Robin this week, and I almost did. I'm just not as interested in capping her as I used to be and I can't understand why.

I haven't been in a great mood this week, and if it showed, I apologize.

I do have caps from Wednesday's show, but I won't be posting them. If you'd like for me to continue capping Robin each weekend, just leave a comment. Obviously I can't continue doing this forever, but I can assure you that I'm not quitting yet. Next week, we'll see how it goes.

The key thing to remember is that capping is just a hobby, and not an obligation. I know where you're coming from too, in a way. I have two shows that I recorded a while ago but I haven't even touched them to make videos yet. Is it fun, or is it work?

That being said, I'd hate to see you give up completely. Just a few really good shots each week will do. And if you give up completely, the trolls will come back and b*tch about my SD caps again. :lol:

One way or another, we'll always be here, and we appreciate your work.

See above. I'd enjoy seeing your caps if you can still do it, but if not...well, it's not the end of the world...unless Robin gets replaced by Candy Crowley, and THEN it's the end of the world!

Chris, I know what you're saying. I have almost show Lisa has been in, but can't get into making caps do to varies reasons. Hope you continue to make caps.

Here's my feeling about this. First and foremost, I do this because I'm a fan of Robin. I really do appreciate everyone who has viewed and commented on my caps, but if I felt like I had to do this to keep everyone happy, then I would have quit a long time ago. What I'm trying to say is that it has nothing to do with me feeling obligated to cap Robin each week. I've been capping 6-8 anchors a day for the last 6 months on a blog, and even that hasn't bothered me. It has more to do with me being less of a Robin Meade fan than I used to be. And I think that's shown since the beginning of the year.

Trust me, I don't want to give up on capping Robin just yet, but I'll only continue if it's still fun for me. If there's someone you want to blame for all of this, blame this extraordinarily tall woman.

Again, thanks for the support, and I'll (hopefully) see you next weekend. Awesome? Awesome!

Robin is still the hottest but I do agree her look is getting a bit tired. The over use of boots and slacks is part of it for me.
