I see lots of caps on the net. Some look Great, Some are Small, & Some look like they were capped off the snowiest tv set going.

I Would be capping off VHS Tapes. I have a Pentium 3 550 with 128 Ram

What would I have to buy (& how to install) to Cap & with my comp Can I make Nice Big Clear Caps or am I doomed to lousy caps & shoudlnt even waste my time?

Any Info & Help Much Apperaciated

this is a cap made from a vhs ep recording converted to svcd capped using media player classic Image
