A couple of fine videos there by LL. Poppy has been looking great over the past week or so. Seems to have a thing for wearing scarves of late too. Caroline continues to, cough cough, show why she is so popular. Simone is certainly one of the more attractive analysts we've seen on the channel. And Sara was looking good on the road too. Thanks!

DAMN Emily!! Burn-down that studio, why dont'cha?!

The chances of seeing Emily something like that on the show are close to zero. One time she was about to chat to some guests and the camera was out to far. She gave the camera man/woman a hand signal to zoom in closer.

Now that's silly. In general, she seems to be willing to show her legs, but apparently her being sexy on the air isn't considered "serious." There's a lot of things I don't get about the USA. At least BTV Europe and Asia know how to produce damn fine television.

That's true! Great camera work has returned to Bloomberg London.

It's not all bad stateside though with leggy presenters still on New York Bloomberg. But it was much better on the channel last year and they have totally ruined Inside Track with that big desk!

Yeah, totally. It looks conventional and static. A lot of it, of course, has to do with the lack of dynamic-looking legs. Even BTV Asia, which used to be quite conservative, has a more playful camera work going on, especially on Asia Edge. And BTV Europe has finally figured out how to make great shots in their studio, which allows us to see the reporters from behind while they're looking at their interviewee on the smart glass screen, for instance. In America, however, it's still a mixed picture.

Good points being made. I agree on the "serious" aspect. They are a relatively new show and nobody else like them has such a show. So maybe if there were more competition they would make it a bit lighter. They are operating from a point of strength. Of course, everybody can see how adorable Emily is and maybe she just wants to highlight other aspects of her talented self on screen. When she has shown legs onscreen before it's been quite tasteful and so on. As for the other shows, they come and grow on these things. Dresses that a year or two ago we saw just by themselves now have a jacket or a sweater over them. I think of Linzie and Margaret here. Betty continues to show her fine legs. That desk has ruined Inside Track, I concur. I agree on the Asia programming. I recall the days when we used to just get side views of sweet Susan's legs on those big comfy chairs that she and a guest sat on. Posted one or two too many of those videos myself. Little did I know things could be a whole lot better. But there is always hope. Look at the example of Maryam. The camera work has been better in the London studio but the "closeness" of the camera has spread to New York. But the two host idea does lend itself to some great views and I, for one, applaud that.
