It's love...pure and simple. no words to express her effect on me, her mere presence on television everday, the sound of her voice and the inspiring and influential means of giving a voice to all who have no voice. But mostly, it's how happy she's made me when i saw her in Madison and when she hugged me not once, but twice; it was like we knew each other forever and it was a reunion of sorts. *sigh*

riley has got to be the luckiest member of WWOW. She's probably the only one of us who has actually hugged her favorite news babe. Lol

While your posts are always an upside to my night, there are always downsides to them as well and with one reason: DC lighting makes her look soo tired. Although at the end, she looked very fresh-faced and beautiful

Must you bring up Sparty?! lol...he's like the King of Celebrity meet and greets lol (or as you describe); When it came to seeing Mika @RJ Julia, i wished for a moment afterward or for something to happen, but i hope i could see her again and maybe slip her my email address if i create something for her as a gift of sorts. But it is a rare occurance to have something like what Sparty had with Ainsley and Courtney.

I didn't know about this. That lucky son of a gun lol I stand corrected. :mrgreen:

The last news babe I saw in person was Tamron Hall 2 years ago at JFK airport,she was in a hurry it seemed, so I only got to say hello and shake her hand really quickly. So no hugs for me either.

I thought I was the only one who has noticed that. You're absolutely right,I've never been a fan of their DC set.

True on both points; the DC set is just gross and frankly they need to fix that issue.

They nned to lose the make believe flags waving in the background on their regular set....why not just have a window to NYC in the background?? That said, I hope there are caps of Mika in pink from today....don't know what it was but her shapliness seemed greatly enhanced this AM.... :wow
