You can really see how pretty Brooke is when she's out of the studio and relying more on natural lighting.

Kate's cute, too. I can't see her working as a solo anchor, but she deserves some more screen time.

Brooke Baldwin was born on July 12, 1979. She attended United States Space Camp at the age of 13 and served as commander of her mission there. The week, she said, "was incredibly cool." Baldwin graduated with a double bachelor's degree in journalism and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also studied at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City during her undergraduate years. She started her career at WVIR-TV in Charlottesville, Virginia and later became the morning anchor at WOWK-TV in the Huntington and Charleston, West Virginia area. She later joined WTTG in Washington, DC as lead reporter for the 10pm newscast. Baldwin joined CNN and HLN networks in 2008. She was a contributor on Rick's List, hosted by Rick Sanchez, from the show's inception in January 2010. When Sanchez was fired in October 2010 for making what some believed were antisemitic remarks, Baldwin filled in for him, eventually taking the time slot permanentlyShe now anchors CNN Newsroom from 2 to 4pm ET on weekdays. She hosts a weekly segment during her newscast hours known as #MusicMonday (named after the Twitter trend. Baldwin is the last anchor to broadcast from Atlanta on weekdays, before The Situation Room goes on air from Washington, DC.

Seems two years ago on air she announced to Rick that she was engaged and after talking about Chelsea Clinton's engagement so she is married.

I think CNN is trying to make Brooke their answer to Fox News' Megyn Kelly. I see a rivalry forming between America Live and Brooke Baldwin Live Shows. I can't find anybody who is comparable to Megyn and Brooke at MSNBC. Savannah Guthrie would have been it but she left to Today Show. MSNBC has become dull and unwatchable for women.

I'm surprised she's that young. Not because of any signs of age (she's clearly in her prime), just that most of the female anchors on the main stations are around 40, give or take. Nice to know we got Brooke for many years to come
