She was-- at least as recently as 2010.

They seemed pretty happy two years ago, at least. Wallack is about 20 years her senior.
Now, as you said she's not wearing a ring it looks like, and some bios out there including Wikipedia list
Wallack as her ex-husband. She's listed as having a son with the last name Greenberg, so you could
assume it's from an earlier relationship (?)
I can't locate anything on how long she & Dr. Wallack were married.

Jamie turns 42 this December 21st.
(unless of course the Mayans turn out to be right)

Right - I stand corrected on that. She's more in the area of 50-52.
I was going by some sources that put her birthdate as 12/21/70.

As you can see, there's several of them and Google seems to accept it as fact.
But dig a bit deeper and you find things like this:

Since Jamie herself (in 2006) mentions the time frame she attended U of Miami, and that she was 22 when she
worked on Johnny Carson's divorce case (around 1984), she had to have been born in the early '60s.
I think so much of the confusion comes from things like IMDB and Wikipedia getting it wrong (there've been dozens of
edits that have changed her age back and forth) and may be caused by Jamie herself or someone representing her.
Even her FoxNews online bio has been modified --it used to mention the years the attended UM, now it doesn't.
Can't really blame her, plenty of celebrities try knocking their age down some, but not usually by a decade or more.

Actually if she wore a ring and talked about being a mom it would be hotter, for me at least.
