Of course, if she were standing right here in front of me in them, I'd think they were fantastic. And this is a great dress. I like when Robin occasionally slides into some hose (which she hates) or leggings (which, oddly, she does with some frequency) and this dress is perfect for that.

I could sort of understand your weight observation in years past, but she's still wearing them after her weight loss. I just think it's s matter of warmth, as she mainly wears them during the fall and winter months. And she does have a rather, um, unique boot collection. Still, she does have some boot fans here, as well as several others who only reply directly to Fotki, so I suppose she's still doing fan service to certain cliques.
