I'm glad that Jill is back as well. Vanessa Lachey just couldn't fill Jill's shoes. She might have been great to look at, but she was a deer in the headlights when having to talk to the wacky contestants. Vanessa tried, and sometimes made an effort, but she just couldn't match the way Jill interacted with everybody.
