Yes, good point. Maybe we should focus on the things that truly matter. Karen is fairly well-endowed for example:

You're probably right, Art. I'm just so disappointed that MSNBC has turned into such an opinion place. The guy at insidecablenews writes about it extensively. Even MSNBC president Phil Griffin went on record this week stating that MSNBC is NOT the place for breaking news.

Its such a low cost/low production value/talking head/bouncing ideas around channel.

I googled Karen Finney...okay, not Candy Crowley bad, but not exciting either.

What kind of a set does she have? Is she contained by the Desk Monster? Is the show even worth capping?

Off-topic: In my search for some good pictures of Karen, I saw a self-pic of a NAKED Toure' (on of the knuckleheads opposite S.E. and Krystal on The Cycle). WTF is wrong with people at that network? Who does Toure' think he is, Anthony Weiner?

I don't see what's wrong with MSNBC being an opinion channel. Comcast-NBC has a lot of channels and uses some of them for news, some for entertainment, some for sports, and some for opinion. I'm happy to have the lovely Tamron Hall on any show they have.

Sounds like Melissa Harris-Perry's evil twin sister.

Pass.

So it's OK to b!tch about Karen Finney and Melissa Harris-Perry being political but it isn't OK to gripe about Megyn, Andrea and Kim being political?
Sounds pretty hypocritical to me :?

We can never have too much political commentary since only MSNBC does it (CNN is news and FOX is a legs and cleavage showcase)

If you wanna complain about talk shows complain about things like George whatever his last name is on CNN doing a show just like very other talk show. Not political and just for entertainment value.

Kim, Megyn, and Andrea talk about politics? For some reason I can never focus on what it is they're saying (ie too busy :Tasty ).

Methinks its time to kill this thread. It's all politics and anchor-bashing. :Bang

As the "proud" owner of two board warnings whenever the topic is about news networks and their political stances, let me clarify: Karen and Melissa, IMHO, share the same on-screen behavior and mannerisms when discussing their topics, and in terms of content, they are the same show.

In terms of why WWoW was founded: if Tamron Hall and Mika Brezinski (oops, sorry) are the gold standard for cappable babes for msnbc, Karen falls well short of the mark. If she's there to steal some of Candy Crowley's market (and I don't know/care when Disrupt airs), well...good luck to her.

You must be new to WWoW, sparty. :jetserl :jetserl :jetserl You need to understand the unwritten rules.

1. Bashing MSNBC or its on air personalities is tolerated until it provokes the opposing view then it becomes a political debate and those who added the opposing views are blamed for the sh*tstorm.
2. CNN bashing is tolerated, but there is no point to it because no one cares. :Coyote
3. Bashing FNC or questioning the politics of their on air personalities is automatically considered provoking a political debate. Those who do the bashing are blamed for the sh*tstorm.

P.S. This is all in jest, boys! :band
