Jennifer Love Hewitt won't be discussing her pregnancy -- or anything else, for that matter -- via her official Twitter account. The Client List actress quit the social networking site on Wednesday, July 3.

"Unfortunately with all the negativity people choose to send on Twitter as well as threats to their own well being, I'm sad to say Twitter is no longer for me," wrote the star, who has more than 600,000 followers. "I have enjoyed all the kindness and love that came my way, as well as support. But this break is needed."

Hooray! So glad someone has decided not to follow this type of virtual crowd.

Wonder if anyone else will follow?

Alec Baldwin quit after his recent issues as well claiming he is done for good. He came back after the plane incident a few years ago.

Baldwin creates his own problems on twitter because of his temper.

Sounds like JLH was having some problems with negative fans, or obsessive and decided the best thing to do was withdraw. Too bad. 98% of her twitter fans are probably fine but that 2% can ruin it.

It wouldn't surprise me if the same thing doesn't happen with Lisa Robertson's fb page. The majority of the posters are positive, but the negative ones are relentless in making trolling harassing type posts about not only her, but her fans also. Her fans of course will defend her, and then get attacked and harassed for defending her.

I actually joined JLH's twitter page today. She left it a while, but did not delete account. I sent her a positive message wishing her good luck and telling her I Hope she comes back someday. By the looks of it she quit only on Wednesday afternoon. Heck, Jill Dobson semi-quit Twitter and Facebook along with her site as well because she too was pregnant and had a baby and was too busy. In May she wrote for the first time since January explaining that she will be away a while.

And remember when Miley Cyrus quit Twitter one time...only to return some months later?
