Univision seems to have claimed a copyright on the Spanish Language and anyone who speaks it on television ... jódalos

Good question.....I've got a few Jackie Guerrido clips on youtube as well as some I haven't gotten to yet. Maybe best to go back to uploading to a file hoster.

I have a few of Jackie,but mostly from Republica Deportiva. I haven't gotten any actual strikes yet,just warnings. I think I'm going to take it easy with the Univision stuff too. I'm not in the mood to have another channel deleted.

Yup, Univision is apparently cleaning house on youtube.....I got copyright notices on all of my Jackie clips so I had to acknowledge them (whatever that means) and then I deleted them.

When it says 3rd party content they will just put ads on the videos, and not delete them but they could change their policy at any time and delete them, is what I read about it in the YouTube help section.

You could put the videos up on dailymotion.com they could stay up there with less problems.
